Martial Arts, Fitness, Self-Esteem, and Public Speaking

Ages 5-12. The F.A.C.E. (Fitness and Character Education) program focuses on building self-esteem and character through martial arts training, jumping rope, juggling, and public speaking. Classes meet once per week for one hour. Developed by 6th degree Black Belt and Seminar Speaker with 25+ years experience in martial arts. Prices are approximately $45/month or $15/class. Animal Care and Protective Services offers pet education presentations, which can be customized to meet the needs of various ages, class sizes or groups. Pet Education teaches people to become more conscious and compassionate toward pets. The more caring people are to animals, the more caring they will be towards other people.
